Welcome to the Canterbury Association for Medieval and Early Modern Studies (CAMEMS)

CAMEMS is a charity that exists to support scholarship in medieval and early modern studies, including the funding of postgraduate research, academic collaboration, and the dissemination of knowledge through lectures and events. CAMEMS is funding two MA scholarships at the University of Kent's Centre for Medieval & Early Modern Studies, and a small grants scheme for doctoral students for travel, specialist training or to attend conferences.
